Samantha as village Girl in Autonagar Surya

Samantha who was seen in classy roles till date right from her Ye Maya Chesave to Brindavanam and Dookudu is now essaying a village belle in her forthcoming film Autonagar Surya. Naga Chaitanya is playing the title role in the movie, being crafted by talented director Devakatta.

Both Naga Chaitanya and Samantha who have mesmerized the audiences with their romance in Ye Maya Chesave are reaching the big-screens this June in contrast mass roles. Autonagar Surya is also said to have good entertainment and major shoot was completed in and around Hyderabad.

The film is being produced by K Atchi Reddy on the banner of Macs India Productions Pvt Ltd. RR Movie Makers are presenting the film and Anoop Rubens is scoring the tunes.

Sholay In 3D Version

The 1975 action adventure flick which rewrote entire Indian records is sholay. Produced by GP Sippy and directed by Ramesh Sippy starring Dharmendra, Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjeev Kumar, Hema Malini, Jaya Bhaduri and Amjad Khan, the film became a box office phenomenon running 286 weeks straight in a Mumbai theatre. Latest buzz doing rounds in B-town circles is sholay 3D version will be released on August 15 of this year.

Shaan Uttam Singh, grandson of GP Sippy (Copyright owners of movie) confirmed the project as almost complete with release date as August 15. As the film is a classic, people will love to watch it with technological augmentation, he said. Due to legal hassles associated with in Sippy family, the process was delayed but as per the idea of copyright owners, 3D version has become a possibility. When sholay was first screened on DD National, it registered a TRP of 65, the highest for any movie showcased on Indian television. These days, TRP of 5 or 6 is treated as an achievement.

Film '3' Gets High Court Certificate

Kolaveri Di is the song that shook entire nation and also became internationally famous. The views on youtube for the song have crossed 5 crores. This is the first Indian video that got so many views in the history of youtube.

Now steps are taken by ‘3’ film team, in which this Kolaveri Di is grooved to prevent web piracy of the film raising to the popularity quotient that the song grabbed.

Madras High Court has issued the first ever gag order against the Internet distribution of the film from the Madras High Court on Thursday. This is the first of its kind John Doe order from the Madras High Court, granting injunction against anonymous people who might be committing a breach of the rights of the plaintiff. This order keeps BSNL and other internet service providers alert from not allowing the piracy of the film through any corner.

John Doe order is famous in countries like USA, UK and Canada but still in budding stage in India.

The film is releasing in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously today. Tickets were sold out in advance and thanks to Kolaveri fame.

This is the first time where Rajnikanth family and Kamal Hasan’s family are coming together. It is known that Dhanush, the son in law of Rajni Kanth and Shruthi Hasan, the daughter of Kamal Hasan are lead pair in the film ‘3’.

Ram Charan wraps up Racha’s shooting

 

The principal shooting of Ram Charan Tej, Tamannaah starrer Racha has been wrapped up. Few days ago, the duo shot for a song Dillaku Dillaku in Annapurna 7 Acres and recently, the team wrapped up shooting the song Singarenundhi in Pollachi. With this, the entire film’s shooting has been completed. The film’s censor is expected to take place shortly and right now, the team is working at a break neck speed to meet the official deadline. Directed by Sampath Nandi, the film is touted to be a mass entertainer. Dev Gill and Ajmal are also playing important roles. NV Prasad and Paras Jain have produced the film on Mega Supergood Films banner. Racha is also being dubbed in Tamil and Malayalam. The Telugu version is slated for release on April 5.

Rajamouli Is One Man Army : Nani

 

Ever since Ala Modalaindi turned out to be a hit, Nani has been on a high with back to back big projects including Eega and Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu. Although, he’s playing a small role in Eega, Nani couldn’t stop raving about his director S S Rajamouli at the audio launch of Eega. “Not many people know that Rajamouli is a fantastic actor. He enacts every scene in the film and watching him perform is quite intimidating, he is just brilliant. If I manage to match up to at least 10% of it, I would have done a great job. He is a one man army” he said and added, “It’s a privilege to work with him and I think Eega will be a historic film.” The film also stars Samantha and Sudeep in lead roles. Eega is a bilingual film and it’ll be simultaneously released in Tamil as Naan Ee. M M Keeravani has composed the music and Sai Korrapati has produced it.

Endukante Premanta Movie Release Date Confirmed

 

The release date of young hero Ram and the gorgeously beautiful Tamanna’s romantic entertainer ‘Endukante Premanta’ has been confirmed. The movie will hit the screens on May 31st and this was confirmed to us by the producer when we spoke to him.

Karunakaran has directed this film and the movie has reportedly shaped up quite well. Music has been scored by G.V.Prakash and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore is the producer. The movie’s first look has caught the imagination of young people and one can make out the brilliant chemistry between Ram and Tamanna. This will be one film to watch out for this season folks.
